Fried Sole Fish with Asparagus

Ingredients:
200g  Asparagus              

250g  Sole Fish fillet            

1 Spring Onion sliced thinly

 

Sauce:

50ml  PRB Gluten Free Reduced Salt Soy Sauce  

½ teaspoon Salt to taste

½ teaspoon Corn Starch

 

Method:

1.       Cut the asparagus into pieces and set aside, slice the sole fish into pieces, marinade with pepper powder and corn starch for 10-15 minutes.

2.       Fry the asparagus in the wok over high heat for 1 minute,seasoning with salt and set aside.

3.       Fry the spring onion,add sole fish and stir for couple of minutes, seasoning with PRB Gluten Free Reduced Salt Soy Sauce for Seafood.

4.       Stir in the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
