Fried Rice

【Ingredients】
4 pcs
Shrimp, shelled
20g
Green bean
20g
Carrot, chopped
2 bowls
Overnight refrigerated rice
1 pc
Egg, beaten
5g
Spring onion, chopped
【Sauce】
1 tbsp
Oil
1 tsp
PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce
1 1/2
PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce
pinch
Salt
【Method】
1.
Heat up oil and sauté the shrimps, set aside.
2. Sauté
green beans and carrots until done, add in shrimp and mix well.
3.
Add rice, fry until no longer sticky, mix well with beaten egg.
4. Add
in PRB Superior Dark Soy Sauce to color.
5.
Season with PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce and salt, garnish with chopped
spring onion, serve.
